Just Say Yes! To Life

Say Yes! To Life offers 13 swim excursions from May to October that can fit the schedules and ability levels of all open water swimmers and triathletes. Its 2014 season is culminating with the 1-mile Alki Swim Excursion on October 12th that also offers a post-swim beach bonfire.
“Have you always wanted to try swimming in Puget Sound?” asks Muir. “This is your chance. With the clearest water imaginable and temperatures in the mid-fifties, the ocean beckons. Trained safety paddlers, fish n’ chips, and a beach bonfire make this the perfect introduction to salt water swimming. Wetsuits are mandatory and cold-water swim practice beforehand is strongly suggested.”
