Kaetlyn Taylor Becomes An Iron Icewoman

Kaetlyn Taylor became the most recent Iron Icewoman when she completed her first Ice Mile today after finishing two Ironman Triathlons.

The 33-year-old American extreme athlete from Middleton, Wisconsin completed an Ice Mile in 52 minutes 54 seconds in Olin Park, Madison.

In light of her 2018 Ironman Wisconsin completion in 16 hours 17 minutes and her 2019 Ironman Chattanooga completion in 16 hours 13 minutes, she become an Iron Icewoman in the 4.46°C water.

She had warmed up to swimming her Ice Mile when she previously completed an near Ice Kilometer in November 2021 in 27 minutes 43 seconds in 5.70°C water, observed by Angie Mullis in Brittingham Beach in Madison, Wisconsin.
