Lough Sheelin Swims attracted a wide mix of neoprene-clad and traditionally-clad swimmers in its 1 km, 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km courses this weekend.

The conditions were tough for the first hour in the 2.5 km loop course in the chilly 14°C water, but as the day progressed the wind dropped off, the sun came out and the lake calmed down. The final results are as follows:
