Lucas Rivet Holiday Excursions at the La Morada Club in Argentina
Lucas Rivet does a lot in the open water, from producing documentary films to establishing new marathon swimming adventures.
He also runs La Morada Club, a creative island accommodations in eastern Argentina where open water swimming, river kayaking, and stand up paddling can be enjoyed in a tranquil delta biosphere reserve, located north of Buenos Aires near the Uruguay border with Argentina. Full room and board are available for those active nature lovers.
On the open water swimming side, coaching is provided by Esther Nuñez Morera, an Honor Swimmer in the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame with two unique river delta courses of 12.5 km and 15.5 km available. The courses can be swum with the current or against the current, with the wind in your favor, and with the wind against you. The first person to complete the 12.5 km course was Vanina Guntero in 4 hours 46 minutes on October 10th 2021 with a wetsuit. The 15.5 course has yet to be completed.
