Ludivine Blanc Sets Her Third World Record at the IISA World Championship in the 50 Freestyle

Ludivine Blanc of France just set the world record in the 50m freestyle at the Championnat de France Open in December 2022 in 29.14.

A month later, the 27-year-old dipped under her own world mark in 28.85 at the IISA 5th World Championship in Samoëns, France. Her rocket speed in the cold water was evident relative to her competition as silver medal went to Laura Nesbitt of Great Britain in 31.41 and bronze went to Alisa Fatum of Germany in 31.76.
