Michał Perl Takes Both Breaststroke Titles at the IISA 5th World Championship

26-year-old Michał Perl of Poland won both the 50m and 100m breaststroke races at the IISA 5th World Championship in Samoëns, France, both in world record time.

The world’s dominant ice swimming breaststroke set the world record in 31.83 over Virgil Deage of France and 26-year-old Bogdan Nas of Romania. Perl broke his own world record set at the IISA 3rd World Championship.
