The Night Train Swimmers Are Looking Good

The Night Train Swimmers epitomize the dedication and determination of open water swimmers worldwide. An eclectic international group of swimmers from the San Francisco Bay just never, ever gives us.

Their original goal was and remains swimming between the Golden Gate Bridge and the infamous Farallones Islands, 30 miles west of the California coast.

Starting at 5:30 am this morning, they are making good progress in the 10-11°C (50-53°F) rough waters of northern California. Catch their progress live here and via Twitter.
