Open Water Swimming Awards At The Hall Of Fame

There are two International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame permanent trophies on display at the International Swimming Hall of Fame in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida: the SEA GODDESS and the Davids/Wheeler Silver Tray Award.

The SEA GODDESS lists the names and year of induction of all the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame honorees on series of plates dating back to 1966. Every year, a new class of inductees is added that can be seen here .

The Davids / Wheeler Silver Tray Award was donated to the International Swimming Hall of Fame by the Jim Doty of the New England Marathon Swimming Association in 1970 to recognize the efforts of leading administrators in the field of marathon swimming. The Tray has engraved the names of the award winner.

Additionally, the USA Swimming Open Water Swimming trophy with the names of the past winners of the Hummer Award and the Male and Female Swimmers of the Year is housed at the International Swimming Hall of Fame in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
