Righardt Krugel is 9 days into his attempt to stage swim 360 km entirely around the island of Mallorca in Spain, becoming the first person in history to do so.
In the process of attempting his Mallorca 360º, the South African swimmer is raising money for the Allen Graham Charity for kids which is based on the island.
His goal is to swim in stage of 20 km per day, but the weather and conditions have tossed him like a pair of socks in a dryer. He has encountered many more waves, much stronger winds, and much more turbulent and changing weather conditions than he has planned.
