Ross Edgley Goes 3 For 3 With His Third Sunday Times Bellseller

In a few short weeks, Ross Edgley‘s newest book –Blueprint – has officially become a Sunday Times Bestseller.

He writes in gratitude, “To everyone who has bought a copy THANK YOU so much. This book marks the culmination of my training trilogy. I hope it will enrich your training, make you smile at some of the stories and become an essential item for your next adventure, whether it is in your backpack or your bookcase.”

Edgley is a charismatic, personable British swimmer, scholar, author, coach, and WOWSA Award winner who documented his training, nutrition, theories and strategies in three inspirational books: The World’s Fittest Book published in 2018, The Art of Resilience published in 2020, and his newest book Blueprint, released today.

Blueprint joins Edgley’s previous two wook to become this third Sunday Times Bestseller in three tries. He is an author with muscle, a scholar with an athlete’s mindset, daily utilizing the training strategies that he espouses into his own achievements that includes his Great British Swim that was voted as the 2018 World Open Water Swimming Performance of the Year.

He explains, “Blueprint equipes you with everything you need to build a bulletproof body for any athletic adventure. This originated after the Great British Swim where injury, muscle atrophy and squishy sea feet meant I essentially had to rebuild my body from the ground-up – so this is a year of training in one book.”
