Run Wide After Swimming Straight

Run Wide After Swimming Straight

Swing your feet outwards and over the surface of the water when running through shallow water at the end of an open water race with an onshore finish or towards the T1 transition. It is easier than running or plowing ‘through’ the water that creates much more resistance.
