Santa Barbara Channel Swimmers Announced

Evan Morrison, president of the Santa Barbara Channel Swimming Association announced the following swimmers who will attempt SBCSA-sanctioned marathon swims this summer:
* Amy Appelhans Gubser – Oxnard to Anacapa Island on June 23rd
* Arch Academy Zombies (two teams) – San Miguel Island circumnavigation on July 11th
* Michael Marcum – Anacapa Island to Oxnard on August 31st
* Karina Garcia – Anacapa Island to Oxnard on September 15th
* Alice Ma – Anacapa Island to Oxnard on September 17th
* Jim Cherry – Santa Cruz Island to Oxnard on September 18th-19th
* Rachel Horn – Santa Cruz Island to Oxnard on September 18th-19th
* Tom Ball – Santa Cruz Island to Oxnard on September 18th-19th
* Gary O’Grady – Anacapa Island to Oxnard on September 22nd
* Dan Simonelli – multi-inter-island on September 26
