Sawatsky On Swimming By Meliah Motchman
Meliah Motchman keeps swimming further and further, extending herself and redefining her potential. Madame Butterfly, as she is known among her teammates with the Spirit Orcas, has Down syndrome and big dreams.

Motchman is shown above after completing a 5 km swim in Thetis Lake on Vancouver Island in her native British Columbia in Canada with coach Susan Simmons above.
