Shannon Keegan, Charlotte Brynn To Lead Swim Tech Camp In Lake Memphremagog
Phil White announced the Swim Tech Camp in Lake Memphremagog, Vermont between July 17th and 22nd, 2022
Shannon Keegan of Intrepid Water Adventure Swimming and Charlotte Brynn of BrynnSwim, are teaming up to bring a technique-based swim camp in Lake Memphremagog. “We’re both passionate about helping swimmers become more efficient. Our key component is learning how to hold and maintain a great aquatic line in the open water despite the conditions. Add increased propulsion and big smiles and you’ve got stronger, smoother and faster swimming,” described the two Swim Tech technicians.”
The camp features small-group sizes for individualized feedback, individual video analysis, twice per day swims to learn and put the learnings into practice, Tim & Doug’s Ice Cream Trips included in the schedule (Fun & Yum). The 6-day Swim Tech Camp is open to all levels and runs just prior to the 2022 Kingdom Swim.
