SimplySwim Interviews Sean Conway
Sean Conway wants to explore Great Britain from the coastline. After struggling to get in shape, he is beginning his adventure in July in a stage swim from Land’s End to John O’Groats.
He will blog daily and document his stage swim via social media, books, and his blog while raising money for charity.
Conway will be fundraising for War Child, who protect children from the brutal effects of war and help to rebuild their lives. They are on the ground in some of the world’s most dangerous countries – providing life-changing support for the most vulnerable children whose homes, families and communities are torn apart by conflict.

Southern California native, born 1962, is the creator of the WOWSA Awards, Oceans Seven, Openwaterpedia, Citrus Corps, World Open Water Swimming Association, Daily News of Open Water Swimming, Global Open Water Swimming Conference.
