The Navarino Challenge will showcase Spyros Gianniotis, the 2016 Olympic 10K Marathon Swim silver medalist, in its 7th annual event on October 12th in Costa Navarino, Greece. Gianniotis will start the 1.6 km race at the picturesque harbor of Pylos, at the site of the critical naval
