SWEK Funds 2014 Marker Buoy Project

The Shire of Wyndham – East Kimberley (SWEK) has been a long-time supporter of the First National Kimberly Lake Argyle Swim in Australia.

In 2014, SWEK funded the ‘2014 Marker Buoy Project’. This project will ensure the open water swimming courses are extremely well-marked. Event manager Glenn Taylor explains, “Even a ‘Seeing Eye Dog’ will be able to navigate the 10 km and 20 km courses. A huge thanks to SWEK for their ongoing support.”
