I’ve been sea swimming for the last 7 years. I have swam 16 km from Blennerville to Fenit and back in Ireland September 2017. 18.6 km from the Lock Gates at Blennerville, Co. Kerry to Sandy Bay, The Maharees, Co. Kerry, Ireland on 14 July 2018 in 6 hours 28 minutes

World Cup Ireland Ice Swimming 1 km Championships in Wild Water Armagh on 27 January 2018 in 17 minutes 22 seconds in 4.40°C water.

I crossed the 33.5 km of the English Channel from England to France in 12 hours 45 minutes on 10 September 2019 raising €21,500 for Brain Tumour Ireland

I completed the Irish Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming in 2021:

  • 21 km Fastnet Swim between Fastnet Rock and Baltimore Pier on 12 August 2020 in 7 hours 45 minute.
  • 13 km Galway Bay Swim between Aughinish in Co. Clare and Blackrock Diving Tower in Salthill across Galway Bay in 2 hours 56 minutes on 19 June 2021.
  • 35 km North Channel from Portpatrick, Scotland to Donaghadee, Northern Ireland on 21 July 2021 in 14 hours 54 minutes 30 seconds.

I accomplished The Original Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming ( English Channel, North Channel and Bristol Channel) in 2022:
27km Bristol Channel- Glenthorne in Devon England to Portcawl in Wales on 21st July 2022 in 12 hours 52 minutes

I have 2 relays to date swam with The Fenit Funky Femmes- The English Channel on June 14th 2022 and Samphire Lighthouse Fenit to Loophead Lighthouse Clare September 19th 2022.

I received Irish Female Swimmer of the Year in 2021 and 2022 and I also came 1st runner up in the WOWSA Woman of the Year 2021.

I’ve been inducted into the Irish Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame Class of 2022
