Event manager Glenn Taylor provides one of the most unique forms of preparation in the open water swimming world for the First National Kimberly Lake Argyle Swim in Western Australia: helicopter rides.
“Slingair Heliwork WA will be at Lake Argyle on May 3rd offering spectacular 10-minute scenic flights for the Swim, the impressive lake and its surrounds,” explains Taylor. “[You will] be blown away by the size of Lake Argyle and get a bird’s eye view of the dam wall. “
The Lake Argyle Swim race day special is $105 per person with a minimum of 4 people per flight.
