On September 18th, International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame Honor Swimmer Pat Gallant-Charette became the oldest individual to complete the California Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming and the Santa Barbara Channel in 9 hours 22 minutes at the age of 70 years and 228 days.
