Simon Griffiths, publisher of H2Open Magazine announced the program me for the exciting Open Water Show on April 26th at the Reading Lake Hotel in West Berkshire, England.

The entry of £15 (or £7.50 for H2Open Magazine subscribers) will enable you to listen to the following luminaries of the sport of open water swimming:

0645: Open water swimming master class with Mark Perry (advance booking only)
1030 to 1215: Lake open for casual swimming, kit testing and coached sessions
1030: Lecture theatre – Jeremy Laming, building open water swimming from grass roots
1050: Lecture theatre – Mark Perry, Olympic open water coach
1130: Lecture theatre – Cassandra Patten, Olympic bronze medallist 10k marathon swim
1230: Lake – Demonstration swim – 2-3 good swimmers to demonstrate basic open water techniques including sighting, drafting, turning, deep water starts, etc.
1300: Lake – Open water safety and rescue demonstration
1240: Lecture theatre – Core strength class (Book in advance) (40 minutes)
1330: Lecture theatre – Fiona Ford – Swim Smooth
1330 to 1645: Lake open for casual swimming, kit testing and coached sessions
1400: Lecture theatre – Torq – nutrition Q&A
1430: Lecture theatre – Tracey BaumannTotal Immersion
1500: Lecture theatre – Cliff Golding, the power of perseverance
1530: Lecture theatre – Dan Bullock – Swim for Tri
1600: Lecture theatre – Andrew Ogierman – Channel relay swimming
1630: Lecture theatre – Mark Kleanthous – advisor to Sean Conway on the Big Swim
1700-1745: 750m timed swim
