Three For Three, Déjà Vu Across The North Channel

Three For Three, Déjà Vu Across The North Channel

Below the Kilnatriggan Lighthouse in Portpatrick, Scotland, young Indian swimmer Prabhat Koli had just finished his own North Channel crossing, but waited patiently for his South African colleague, Kieron Palframan to finish his own North Channel swim.

Koli finished the 35 km channel in 10 hours 41 minutes – on the same day and with the same time as the Coco Channel relay team with Helen, Audrey, Ruth, Hannah and Dara who crossed the same channel.

Three successful crossings in one day.

What a day it was: three unique stories, three unique crossings…with a common tie of success.
