The Tower 26 summer season workouts on Santa Monica Beach in Southern California starts this Wednesday, May 17th.

Our swim caps have arrived and the ocean temperatures have warmed above 60°F (16°C+) consistently, although the winds will create patches of warm and cold,” explains Tower 26 founder Gerry Rodrigues.

We enter phase four of the year’s triathlon swim training plan, which is when we start our open water sessions.” Rodrigues is shown above explaining the five training phases and their significance.
