Welcome to the Lake Monster 1-2-3 swim at Lake Nokomis. Hosted by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) and the Open Swim Club, this event will offer three distances; 1, 2, and 3 mile courses. The loop course will start and end at Nokomis Main Beach. This mid- summer swim will be great practice for training triathletes or a peak race for endurance swimmers. In collaboration with the MPRB Open Swim Club, participants of the club will receive a registration discount fee for the event.

$15 registration discount for Open Swim Club members.

Feb. 26- June 14: $55 ($15 discount for club members)

June 15- June 26: $65 ($15 discount for club members)

Upon registration for this program, participants agree to follow MPRB requirements related to face coverings and physical distancing. Face coverings are required indoors at all MPRB facilities, unless otherwise specified by MPRB as part of athletics protocol. Some youth programs, including childcare and preschool require participants to maintain physical distance.

Event will occur rain or shine; dangerous weather conditions may delay or cancel the event. No refunds are available.
