The Open Water Swim Challenge & Aquathlon offers multiple racing options. Whether you are new to multisport or an experienced triathlete , we’ve got you covered. Mutiple distances and combinations are offered so everyone can find their spot!
USAT Wetsuit rules: Each age group participant shall be permitted to wear a wetsuit without penalty in any event sanctioned by USA Triathlon up to and including a water temperature of 78 degrees Fahrenheit. When the water temperature is greater than 78 degrees, but less than 84 degrees Fahrenheit, age group participants may wear a wetsuit at their own discretion, provided however that participants who wear a wet suit within this temperature range shall not be eligible for prizes or awards. Age group participants shall not wear wetsuits (including lava pants or neoprene shorts) in water temperatures equal to or greater than 84 degrees Fahrenheit.

RACE DISTANCES:
Open Water Swim Challenge: 750M, 1500M or 2.4mile
Aquathlon: Short course 750M swim/5K run or Long course 1500M swim/10K run
The minimum age to compete in the race is 13
RACE DAY SCHEDULE
6:00am – Transition opens
6:40am – Transition closes
6:45am – Pre- Race meeting at transition
7:00am race begins
swim is a rolling start. Swimmers will line up in the respective time corrals according to swim pace.
