Update On The State Corsair Classic In New Zealand
Due to the large 6.3-magnitude Christchurch earthquake, the New Zealand Ocean Swim Series is posting up-to-date information on the State Corsair Classic that is scheduled for this Saturday.“We will be monitoring the situation closely.” A decision on the event will be made this Thursday – check here.
“We will make an informed decision on running the event, with the safety of everyone involved and the welfare of the people of Christchurch being the number one priority. This decision will be taken following advice from the Christchurch City Council, Civil Defence and other relevant authorities.”
