What Is Plan B For Rio In 2016

In response, FINA said its Sports Medicine Committee would check the water conditions of Copacabana Beach just before the games. “A test event will be conducted some months in advance, in the same waters and under the same conditions.
On this occasion, the Rio 2016 organizing committee must present a certificate of water quality in accordance to Brazilian Law.”
If the water quality does not reach an acceptable level according to Brazilian regulations, then what happens? What is Plan B? Where is the alternative location for the Olympic 10K Marathon Swim and triathlon swim leg?
