What Is The Food You Most Often Crave After A Very Long Workout?
We asked open water swimmers what food they crave after a very long workout and here is what some of them said:
Mango and avocado bread!!!
Yummy spag bol!!
Lasagne al pesto.
Tacos and enchiladas and margaritas!
Hot chocolate and banana!
A good curry and rice.
Swimming doesn’t usually make me hungry so I want a hot tub or hot shower and then coffee and great homemade bread toasted.
The Donner Lake Swim offers bagels with peanut butter. That’s the only time I eat that and it’s the best….
A cake yes.
If it was a cold swim, then a really hot latte!
