In October, Antonio Argüelles is training for a 67 km two-way crossing attempt of the English Channel scheduled in September 2021. Argüelles is coached by Rafa Álvarez and explains his progress on Diary of a Double.

Argüelles is participating in the WOWSA Distance Challenge, an online event that includes the 10k Challenge and the 100k Extreme Challenge.
