You don’t have to stop what you love doing,” said Elizabeth Fry who was honored an officially amazing by the Guinness World Records during the Guinness World Records Day in New York City.

International Marathon Swimming Hall of Famer Fry broke Antonio Argüelles’ previous Guinness World Record (of 58 years) when she achieved the Oceans Seven at the age of 60 [see here].
