Young Canadians Sweep Colonia Classic 3 at BEST Fest in Spain
Canadian national team coach Mark Perry reported a lot of fast swimming in Mallorca, Spain on Es Trenc at the 2022 BEST FEST.
“In the 7 km Colonia Classic 3, the junior elite boys of Eduard-Daniel Russo (1st), Alexander Hussey (2nd), and Owen Nicholson (3rd) swept the podium. In the junior elite girls, Bailey O’Reagan and Julia Strojnowska went 1-2, and in the senior elite women, Ella Dobson finished second and Avery Lambert finished third.
